These terms apply to all purchases made through The Handy Manual’s website or digital sales platform. A “customer” is defined as any individual or business entity placing an order with The Handy Manual via our secure checkout system.

Article 1a: Age Requirement

You must be 16 or older to purchase physical or digital products, and 18 or older to purchase services such as coaching, workshops, or consultations. If we become aware that a customer does not meet these age requirements, their order will be canceled and refunded.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order through The Handy Manual website constitutes full acceptance of these terms. All sales are subject to our payment, delivery, and refund policies.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price listed at the time the order is submitted. Taxes may be applied based on your location and applicable law.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards via Stripe. We do not accept checks or American Express at this time. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled securely through Stripe. The Handy Manual is not responsible for payment platform security issues or failures.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery of digital products is made via email or direct download to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly. For physical products (if offered), shipping will be to the address specified at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to inaccurate information entered at checkout.
